Great for families

Comfortable apartment. Cooking equipment adequate for our needs. Very nice swimming pool. Great location.

Not enough parking for all the guests. A huge problem in peak time in Eilat. Cleaning staff don't knock on the door before entering the suite. Had to ask for bath towels every day.

Good value for money and the hotel exceded our expectations.

Good value for money. Pool area pretty and well appointed. Life guards and attendants doing an excellent job. Easy check in and check out. Baggage storage area efficient.

Great location, parking, staff and great for families.

Great location close to the center, great staff and great value for money. The kids enjoyed the kid area and the pool. There's a convenient store that is helpful. Staff are great and overall clean.

It was a bit noisy, probably nothing to do with the hotel but people were loud outside our rooms.

Wonderful

Very good location for a good price. The room is clean and has electric stove, kettle, microwave, pan, plates and etc for cooking and eating. There is a nice minimarket in the lobby. The staff is really friendly.

The overall experience was such that we would choose the hotel again in the future. The value for money was right on tar

The hotel rooms had kitchens where you could cook. The pool area was comfortable. The hotel was close to the beach. The staff was friendly. The hotel was safe.

Most of the staff did not speak English. Compared to the previous visit about 10 years ago, the language skills of the staff had declined. Thete was no information available in English about the activities and customs of the hotel. We also could not find there any information in English about the city for tourists.

Hotel we love very much

We always go back to that hotel,because we are a big family.It is not expensive,it is in center of everything.Hotel has lots of fun facilities.We liked the swimming pool.

I would like to have an option of breakfast. Supermarket is a little bit expensive. We have to buy outside food.

Pleasant stay in Eilat

The location of the hotel is very good. We could park with our car behind the hotel at safety place. The pool area is really nice, lounge music was playing in the evening.

Some guests was noisy at night. We can't use the pool after 5 pm.

Amazing location and great value! Kitchenette was great for a fast breakfast during the week and Shabbat we were able to book meals at the Royal Gardens next door (can also book during the week).

Second visit to this hotel Really enjoyed our time there

Computer games room has been upgraded since we were last there and is amazing. So sweet how there was a gathering in the lobby for Chanucah candle lighting and they gave out doughnuts.

Pool was freezing. We arrived at the gate and the person who opens the gate was nowhere to be seen. We sat for ages waiting to park. There has to be a better system. Same exact thing happened when we stayed there last time.

family oriented hotel

kids club is great,Playstation room, suited has e bathrooms, location is excellent, 5 min from beach and promenade, great pool. very clean. great value for money with booking

pillows were very soft ... dining area in the room is small and not suited for 5 seats .. we had no garden nor balcony, no snack bar by the pool

Very decent place to stay, clean, good pool, minimarket on site, 5 minutes to Ice Mall, 5 minutes to tayelet. Staff is courteous.

We didn't cook, but for those who might, kitchen and dinning area are very small. Poor choice of TV channels

Great location in the center. The optimum combination of "value for money". Not much parking places, but hey... it's free :)

Only one (main) entrance to hotel, if you park the car - you'll have 5-7 min. walking to the main entrance, and then another 5-7 min. walk to the room.
